Our helpful and courteous staff will help you with the information needed to lodge a claim. You will also be informed about the booking process if your car is driveable.

Our Estimator will review the accident damage, take digital images and prepare a an estimate to send to the insurance company.

The insurance company Assessor will assess the estimate and then negotiate on the price and procedure of repair. Once agreed, authority will be given to commence repairs. If driveable, the vehicle will be booked for repairs and a loan car arranged if required.

Once repairs have been approved by your insurer your vehicle is dismantled to confirm no further damage is evident that could lead to delays in the repair process.
All parts required are then ordered and repairs then continue.

With high quality panel beaters and spray painters we are able to keep up our high standard of quality and service. Our staff are all professionals in their field, and we ensure that they are kept abreast of the changing technology, new equipment and training (I-CAR). Some have been repairing vehicles with us for over 25 years.

The highest quality 2 pack paint is used to restore your vehicle. Our skilled Spray Painters match colours on our computerised system using the latest in electronic tools and skillfully apply it to achieve a gleaming as the new result.
We use Sikkens Eco – Logical paint which is the latest in waterborne paint technology which is very Environmentally friendly further helping reduce our Carbon Footprint. With these initiatives, it is why we are Level Three Green Stamped approved.

Upon completion of the repair process your vehicle enters our washbay where it undergoes a complimentary wash and clean. As part of our Quality System, your vehicle also undergoes its final inspection to ensure it is delivered to you in immaculate Pre-Accident condition.

On arriving to collect you vehicle, any paperwork required is completed, excesses and private accounts settled and then you will be escorted to your vehicle. Repairs performed are explained and checked with you and any questions you have will be answered.
